About Us

London Jazz Choir is a three-part harmony choir singing a varied jazz, soul and gospel repertoire.

Founded in 2017 by the Musical Director Rachel Maby, the choir performs in a vast array of venues, from private events at art galleries to services at places of worship. Past highlights include the V&A Gamble Room Christmas Special, Highbury Festival and Methodist Central Hall.

In 2020, they released their debut Christmas EP and in 2021 they collaborated with Methodist Central Hall Westminster to record The Wonderful Cross and There is a Redeemer for their Easter Day Live-streamed service, viewed by more than 10,000 people.

All members are accomplished singer-songwriters and soloists busy performing on London’s jazz, gospel and neo-soul scene.
